4. Are your products imported from Japan?

Yes. We source directly from trusted Japanese producers. Many of our items are difficult to find outside Japan and reflect regional traditions.

5. How do you ensure freshness?

We carefully manage inventory and restock regularly to guarantee freshness. All items are stored and shipped under proper conditions.
For teas, snacks, and condiments, expiration dates are clearly indicated. Once opened, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place.

6. How long does shipping take?

International shipping (U.S.): 7–21 business days, depending on the destination
Orders are shipped promptly after confirmation. Tracking information is provided with all orders.
