・1 cup cooked rice (about 7 oz / 200 g)
・1–2 tbsp dried green onions
・1 large egg, beaten
・1 small clove garlic, minced
・1–2 oz char siu pork (optional), diced
・1 tbsp sesame oil
・1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
・Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Quick Japanese Fried Rice

Beat the egg in a small bowl.
