This organic matcha is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides, and is suitable for traditional tea ceremonies.
It can be enjoyed with either hot or cold water.
With low bitterness and a refined balance of natural sweetness and umami, this is a premium-grade matcha.
We recommend drinking it as is—without milk or sugar—to fully appreciate its delicate flavor.

How to drink?
Add 2g of ceremonial grade matcha to 60ml of hot or cold water.
Whisk thoroughly with a bamboo chasen (tea whisk) until smooth and frothy.
