How to Use
Recommend way / How to brew?

1,Prepare teacups for the number of people you are serving.
2,Pour freshly boiled water into each teacup.
3,Put tea leaves into a teapot. Use about 3-4 grams (roughly 2 teaspoons) of leaves per person. It's best to use a slightly generous amount of tea leaves.
4,When the teacups feel warm to the touch, pour the water from the cups into the teapot—enough for everyone. The ideal water temperature is 60°C (158°F), and the steeping time is about 1 minutes 30 seconds. Using slightly cooled water helps reduce bitterness and brings out a better flavor.
5,Once the tea leaves have opened about 60%, close the lid of the teapot. When pouring, distribute the tea evenly between all cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.
