ASIA GAP– and Organic JAS–certified teas grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides.
Made from early-season young buds for bright aroma, clean flavor, and natural sweetness.
Fresh organic leaves deliver refreshing fragrance, smooth umami, and gentle sweetness.
Nakai Tea Farm cultivates and produces green tea in Wazuka, Kyoto Prefecture.
How to Use
1,Prepare teacups for the number of people you are serving.
2,Pour freshly boiled water into each teacup.
3,Put tea leaves into a teapot. Use about 2–3 grams (roughly 2 teaspoons) of leaves per person. It's best to use a slightly generous amount of tea leaves.
4,When the teacups feel warm to the touch, pour the water from the cups into the teapot—enough for everyone. The ideal water temperature is 60–70°C (140–158°F), and the steeping time is about 50 seconds. Using slightly cooled water helps reduce bitterness and brings out a better flavor.
5,Once the tea leaves have opened about 60%, close the lid of the teapot. When pouring, distribute the tea evenly between all cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.

Safe, Reliable, and Great-Tasting Japanese Tea:
Their teas are produced by farmers who specialize in organic tea cultivation and hold both ASIA GAP certification and Organic JAS certification—two of Japan’s most trusted standards for agricultural safety, quality management, and environmental responsibility. These strict certifications ensure that every step of production—from field management to harvesting and processing—meets rigorous requirements for safety, sustainability, and traceability.
