Made with Undiluted “Toro Tamari” Miso Essence

When miso is matured, a small amount of thick, rich liquid called miso tamari naturally forms on the surface.
This rare seasoning, produced only in trace amounts—just 0.3% of the total—combines the deep, complex flavors of both miso and tamari soy sauce.
To ensure the almonds are evenly coated without any additives, we use this thick liquid in its pure, undiluted form.

Carefully Fire-Roasted and Coated by Skilled Craftsmen

Instead of conventional hot-air roasting, the almonds are slowly fire-roasted to create fine cracks on their surfaces.
While still warm, the miso tamari is applied, allowing the flavor and aroma to penetrate deep inside through the tiny fissures.
Due to popular demand, the packaging has been updated to a resealable pouch for easier storage.
