Lightweight and easy to handle, they can be stored at room temperature for 6 months to 1 year, making them perfect for pantry stock or emergency food supplies.

Ingredients for Chinese Cabbage Miso Soup: This product is a blend of hot-air dried vegetables — Chinese cabbage, carrots, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), and onions — primarily sourced from Kyushu. We mainly use vegetables grown in-house through contracts with local farmers, cultivated in the mineral-rich volcanic ash soil of Kikuchi District, Kumamoto. When preparing miso soup, add the vegetables while the water is still cold for best results.
