Lightweight and easy to handle, they can be stored at room temperature for 6 months to 1 year, making them perfect for pantry stock or emergency food supplies.

Simple, Clean Ingredients:No unnecessary additives are used; only a minimal amount of glucose is added to preserve flavor, color, and rehydration quality (some ingredients contain no glucose at all). We mainly use vegetables grown in-house through contracts with local farmers, cultivated in the mineral-rich volcanic ash soil of Kikuchi District, Kumamoto. When preparing miso soup, add the vegetables while the water is still cold for best results.
